Technical Parameter :

1.Working principle :liquid nitrogen is used as the cooling source

2.The main principle: the material become fracture stated at low temperature, after entering the crusher as a result of the collision , shear friction and comprehensive effect with the leaf & gear, it get crushed.

3.The crushed material were classified and collected by air sieve grade machine, those failed to meet the requirement of the fineness return to the crusher body to repeat the first-step process and the majority of the colling gas is recycled

4.During the above procedures the cooling source itself forms a closed-circuit circulation system, thus it could make full use of the energy and save energy consumption .

5.The colling source can be cooled to the degree of minus 196oC, and you can adjust the temperature of the cooling source according to the embrittlement temperature of the material, thus again you can save energy .
